KIM D. STARR
Mr. Starr is a shareholder and the managing partner of Ritsema & Lyon’s Fort Collins office. Licensed in 1988, Mr. Starr's experience includes dozens of workers' compensation hearings as well as jury trial work. Mr. Starr’s practice is exclusively devoted to workers’ compensation and subrogation. Mr. Starr is committed to a strong, client-centered approach based on diligent, constant communication and is readily accessible to each and every client for all issues. Mr. Starr works to establish a game plan early on with the client’s help and includes his client every step of the way. He is admitted to practice in both Colorado and Nebraska.
