JENNIFER S. CASWELL
Ms. Caswell joined Ritsema & Lyon in 2001 and practices both in workers’ compensation and third-party subrogation law. She was previously an associate with Timmermier, Gross & Prentiss in Omaha, Nebraska, where her practice emphasized workers’ compensation law and personal injury law. From 1997-2000, Ms. Caswell worked as a deputy prosecutor at the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska, where she prosecuted domestic violence offenders. Ms. Caswell is both an aggressive litigator and a skilled negotiator. Ms. Caswell was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1997 and the Colorado Bar in 2001. She received her J.D. in 1997 from Creighton University School of Law. She is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Denver Bar Association.
