SAMANTHA M. FITE
Samantha Fite is the lead attorney at MSP Solutions. Ms. Fite joined Ritsema & Lyon, P.C. in 2005 and practices in the areas of workers' compensation and Medicare Secondary Payer law; however, her focus is on Medicare Secondary Payer issues. In addition to managing MSP Solutions, Ms. Fite offers client training services on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. Prior to joining Ritsema & Lyon, Ms. Fite worked for the Joffe Law Firm where she practiced criminal appellate law for the Alternate Defense Counsel. Ms. Fite received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. She subsequently received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center where she was a senior articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, American Bar Association and National Association of Medicare Set Aside Professionals (NAMSAP).
