KELLY F. KRUEGEL

Ms. Kruegel is an associate with Ritsema & Lyon whose practice focuses on defense of carriers and employers in workers' compensation cases. Ms. Kruegel provides personalized attention to every client and values a team work approach to client relationships. She works with her clients to determine how best to achieve their desired result. Ms. Kruegel brings energy and tenacity to her legal work and implements creative approaches to resolving difficult issues. Ms. Kruegel has spoken at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations and at the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association seminar.  Ms. Kruegel was named a 2010 Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers.

In 2005 Ms. Kruegel received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, one of the top 20 law schools in the country.  While at Washington University Ms. Kruegel received numerous oral advocacy awards including Best Oralist in the Nation at the Burton D. Wechsler moot court competition. Ms. Kruegel was awarded the Judge Amandus Brackman Moot Court Prize upon graduation from Washington University. Ms. Kruegel graduated cum laude with  bachelors degrees in communications and English from Truman State University. Ms. Kruegel is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
