ALANA S. MCKENNA
Ms. McKenna joined Ritsema & Lyon in 2010 and practices primarily in the field of workers' compensation defense. Ms. McKenna creates a tailored approach for her clients' legal needs. She applies innovative reasoning to resolve complex legal issues and provides effective solutions. Before moving to Colorado, Ms. McKenna practiced workers' compensation defense, medical malpractice defense, and premises liability defense with Walton Lantaff Schroeder Carson in Miami, Florida. Ms. McKenna graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in political science from West Virginia University in 2001. She received her law degree in 2004 from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. During law school, Ms. McKenna worked as a law clerk for in-house counsel at BellSouth and the American Cancer Society. Ms. McKenna is a member of the Florida and Colorado Bar Associations and is admitted in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
