JOHN MOON
John "JP" Moon joined Ritsema & Lyon in 2010. His practice focuses exclusively on workers' compensation defense. JP provides personalized attention to every client and conducts thorough research and analysis to create creative and effective solutions to every situation. JP attended Drury University where he majored in chemistry. He received his Juris Doctorate from Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. While at DU, JP won the NRELS Appellate Advocacy Competition, received academic honors in Sales & Leases, and was a member of the legal honor fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. Prior to joining Ritsema & Lyon, JP worked with The Ukasick Law Firm, where he focused on civil litigation and represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation. In his free time, JP enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains, reading, and volunteering in the community.
