Notice of Rules Hearing on Amendments to W.C.R.P. 2-5

The Division issued a Notice of Hearing to Consider Amendments to the Workers' Compensation Rules of Procedure.  The hearing is on proposed amendments to W.C.R.P. 2-5, which concerns the premium surcharge rate paid by insurers and self-insureds.  Specifically, the amendments concern a decrease in the Special Funds premium surcharge rate.  The hearing will be held on March 1, 2010 at 9:00 am at the Division.  For additional information, visit the Division's new website.
